About Saintseneca's Moon Barks At The Dog
Acclaimed Ohio group Saintseneca are releasing a new song today entitled “Moon Barks at The Dog." The band’s singer and songwriter Zac Little describes the cathartic Appalachian folk ballad as “a lullaby for the stoned prophets, nostalgic for the future.”
Both impressionistic and undeniably heartfelt, the song begins with the line, “All we ate today was cake, I pray the lord our teeth to break” before reaching the chorus “moon barks at the dog tonight, young tongue set on fire. Moon barks at the dog tonight Weep with me in 4-4 time.”
