Rolling Stone Premieres Track From New Kelly Hogan Album Out June 5th
Rollingstone.com is currently premiering a brand new song from the upcoming solo album by singer Kelly Hogan. The track is called "Plant White Roses" and was written by Stephin Merritt of the band Magnetic Fields.

Hogan will release her highly anticipated new album entitled I Like To Keep Myself In Pain this June 5th via Anti-records. On the record she utilizes her phenomenal singing voice to interpret compositions penned for her by musical luminaries including M. Ward, Vic Chesnutt, the Mekons' Jon Langford, John Wesley Harding, Robyn Hitchcock and more. She is back by an all-star band consisting of R&B legends Booker T. Jones and James Gadson (Bill Withers, Beck) as well as talented young lions Gabe Roth (of Daptone Records, the Dap-Kings) and Scott Ligon (NRBQ).
Hogan will be touring this summer, supporting dates for Glen Hansard (The Swell Season), Wilco, Neko Case and Andrew Bird.
