Neko Case featured on upcoming Hear Music compilation.
Neko Case is going to be included on an upcoming Hear Music compilation CD titled 'Sweetheart 2005: Love Songs'. The Compilation will be distributed through Starbucks stores:
Hear Music’s second Sweetheart compilation features exclusive recordings from some of our favorite artists performing classic love songs and includes personal commentary on the song selection from each artist.
The Neko Case track is a cover of Bob Dylan's "Buckets of Rain". Other songs on the CD include a Rufus Wainwright cover of Ella Fitzgerald’s “My Funny Valentine” recording, a Sondre Lerche redoing the Chet Baker’s recording “The More I See You” and Old 97’s singing the Kink’s “She’s Got Everything.
This album will be released on January 19th.
