Lost In The Trees Announce SXSW Dates
Innovative Chapel Hill collective Lost In The Trees will be bringing their ambitious and evocative sound to the SXSW Festival for some select performances. Helmed by the immensely talented composer and songwriter Ari Picker, Lost In The Trees merges the moving symphonic elements of classical music with the accessibility and heart of American folk and modern pop, creating a sound which is both intimate and sonically breathtaking.
Lost In The Trees' upcoming Anti Records release All Alone In An Empty House was co-produced by Scott Solter (St. Vincent, Mountain Goats, Okkervil River, John Vanderslice) who has created a unique musical landscape in which classical and pop composition have been merged to startling effect.
