Last entry for Day Ten comes from Honeycut. Refered to as the Bay Area’s answer to Gnarls Barkley, the band are signed to DJ Shadow’s Quannum label and released their debut The Day I Turned To Glass earlier this year. The band effortlessly mix soul, funk and bossa nova with frenetic beats to great effect, winning the SF Weekly Music Award in the category of Best Soul/Funk Band.
